Job summary:
The task of the Service Desk Agents is to find the best and easiest solution for users’ problems. This is the perfect position for you if you are in the early stage of your career, and you wish to gain experience in a multinational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Providing 1 and 1.5 level support (analysis and check on possible solutions) for applications in scope.
- Ticket creation/categorisation/prioritisation
- Coordinating the Swedish end user resolution in cooperation with the other English-speaking support units.
- Communicating solution or workaround to the employees of the customer in Swedish.
- Running reports on active users on a quarterly basis
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and at least upper-intermediate English.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Have at least a high school degree
- Are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
- Have a desire to learn -. Training will provide the necessary technical knowledge.
